Archives and Signals

A short note on archives, source state, and signal quality.

Archives are useful when their chain of custody, context, and limits are legible. Signals are useful when they can be separated from noise, compression, repetition, and wishful interpretation.

That is also a software problem. AI systems need source state, retrieval boundaries, evaluation traces, and clear human review points if their outputs are going to survive contact with real use.
